This was perhaps one of the very first "webpage" created about a village in the state of Punjab. Created in 1998 when internet in India was almost non-existent. The mission was to provide comprehensive information about people, culture, and history of Gujjarwal. The other reason was creating link among people of Gujjarwal around the globe. For sure every effort was made to keep this page clear of political factions--keeping non-alliance to any split groups. Gujjarwal is a community of every cast and religion like any other typical village of the Punjab state. Every effort will be made to maintain a fair representation.
